Return Policy and Warranty
Thank you for shopping at Beau Visage, we strive to offer an excellent makeup service catalog giving you the best shopping experience.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items on our website or in stores.

EXCHANGE:
In the following situations return is allowed:

– Due to factory defect of a defective part.

– For inconsistency between what is purchased and what was delivered keeping the product sealed and unused.

Beau Visage customers may obtain an exchange of this specific product(s) if the exchange is made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the customer purchased the product from the Company and/or the Site, and in accordance with the Policies below.

If you need to make an approved exchange (per our policy above), please email us at servicioalcliente@civettainternacional.com for instructions.

Requirements for exchange request by mail:
In order to exchange, you must present proof of purchase with the item you wish to exchange. Also include the order ID, phone number, shipping address if different from the original order. Upon receipt of the exchanged items, if necessary the customer service area would be making contact to evacuate any doubts.

No exchanges will be made for items when:
– Have not been purchased from the Company and/or the Site;
– They are damaged, used or missing parts for reasons not due to Company error.
– Returned more than thirty (30) days after the date of purchase.

Please note that if the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, a credit note will be issued and the balance will be left to exchange for another product. If you do not receive your credit note within two weeks of approval, please email us at servicioalcliente@civettainternacional.com.

PAYMENT METHODS
The Company accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard.

CURRENCY
All merchandise prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

SHIPPING
To exchange your approved product, you must send it to the address calle 16, manzana 6ª local # 5, zona libre de colon, Panama.

A traceable method of shipping is highly recommended to prove that your product was received.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item, unless there was a manufacturer’s defect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your shipping address.
